in both Puerto Rico & Florida

The manufacturing of Cidrines facility in Puerto Rico includes three main production lines: one dedicated to frozen bread production, a unique Rademaker laminating and finishing line in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean for puff pastries, and our newest line for partially baked bread (part bake). The manufacturing facilities in Lakeland include two bread production lines producing raw dough breads, partially baked breads, and fully baked breads.

Cidrines also operates two cell-based production activities: one for artisanal products and another for pre-baked goods, including both bread and pastries. Panadería y Repostería Cidrines is USDA-approved in Puerto Rico and certified by the AIB (American Institute of Baking), Silliker for food handling and SQF. The Puerto Rico Cidrines manufacturing plant is in the Zeno Gandía Industrial Park in Arecibo and the Florida facility is in the city of Lakeland.
